Ryan takes time to understand exactly what you want to achieve out of the film - gets underneath the story and then delivers brilliantly. He was GREAT in the room with our young people, staff and vols as well as senior professionals - a very mixed bunch, so this was ace. Ryan's diligent - always did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it! - delivered drafts and edits extremely quickly, and... that thing you can't quite quantify; he just seems to have flair / knack for making brilliant films - just the films we'd hoped for.
