I worked with tapas bar owner Sam Richards who gives an insight into what it means to run a small yet thriving business in a local community. Nomad brings people together. Not only do they welcome all with open arms, the quality of food and drink is next to none. Tapas is done differently here, and the people who come to the bar every week won’t tell you otherwise.
